Default Coolant Leak Blues

Hello all,

2003 Z71 with just over 250K. For a while now, the truck leaks coolant from area around the reservoir and onto the ground by the front right tire. This only seems to happen when I am parked near the curb where the street dips some. It doesn't ever leak when the truck is parked on level ground.

I thought I may have had a crack in the original reservoir and switched it out with a new one, but it still leaks and seems to be leaking faster. I get a "low coolant " message about three days after filling up the reservoir. Any thoughts on where the leak may be coming from? Thanks.

Might be time to get a loaner cooling system pressure tester, and pump up the pressure and look for leaks. Or let a shop troubleshoot, loss of coolant can end up killing an engine.

Could the left (driver side) plastic part of the radiator be the source of the leak?
