Finally had my Corsa Sport installed on my 08 Suburban. I purchased this specifically because of their no drone reputation. I might be nuts, but it seems to me there is definite drone between 2000 and 2500 RPM (as in my normal highway cruising speed).

Any suggestions? Other than the exhaust, it's a stock 5.3 with an AEM cold air intake.

 

when it goes to 4 cylinder mode you will hear the drone for sure can you tell if that is the main reason? like when crusing on the highway and it cycles in and out of 4 cyl mode

 

No. I barely notice the switch to 4. My truck rarely switches to 4 anyway according to the info panel. It's really just that rpm range.

 

I have to ask, are you sure it's Corsa? Entire exhaust or just the muffler. This is the first thread I have seen noting drone in a Corsa.

 

Yes, it's a Corsa Sport cat back system. Googling found some (but obviously not many) similar complaints.
