Ok so my sun visor on the drivers side only, when flipping it down makes a loud creaky noise. It moves to the side just fine and slides in and out smoothly. But man when you flip it down it's loud!

Is there any fix for this? Silicone spray or something? Should I just crack it open and see what's going on inside?
