Cylinder 4 misfire and cylinder 4 deactivation engine codes

Cylinder 4 misfire and cylinder 4 deactivation engine codes
2011 chevy suburban has 2 different codes p3425 and p0304. Cylinder 4 misfire and cylinder 4 deactivation. I have changed everything from the lifters, and swapped all components from a different cylinder but still only cylinder 4 misfires. What else could the problem be?
