Didn't save my butt with a traffic situation, just with a ex wife situation. LOL I had problems with my ex while dropping off and picking up my children(who live with me) police, fighting you name it. So i installed two cameras pointed at the side windows, wired to a switch. She has never approached the truck after telling her she would be recorded. So when not dropping off and picking up i spin one around to face forward and leave the switch on which is powered by the key. I have not used the motion sensing.

Default why everyone needs a dash cam

my co-workers son got his dash cam from aliexpress. Put it in last weekend and then posted this video 2days later. It already paid for itself.

Default yep

I'm convinced.

I like the GPS info.

I'm glad no one was hurt, from that video it certainly appears the zip zap car cut him off.

I'm also thinking the camera will make me a safer driver. Everything I do is being recorded. If I drive safely, it's all good.
