Default Daytime Running Lights

I just bought an 02 Tahoe today and one of the daytime running lights is out. How in the heck do you access them to replace the bulb?

If I recall from doing them on my nieces suburban you have to remove a splash guard or rubber shield that the lights are behind and even at that you have to have small hands to get at the lamp socket that twist out after you depress the locking tab...

My dad and I just did this today on our 2002, what we did was remove these 2 bars that kept the headlight assembly in place, then the headlights will come out with a bit of wiggling. As in2pro says, there are locking tabs that you twist and the lights will pop out of the assemblies. If you want to access the lower/parking lights, you might need to remove the grille to get ahold of them.
