Default DIC Help Please

I just bought a 03 suburban. It is equipped with DIC in the steering wheel however none of the buttons seem to work. I checked the fuse and its fine and when I power on it reads Driver 1. Any help would be great as you can imagine this is racking my brain and causing frustration.

Thanks

Default RE: DIC Help Please

I am having the EXACT same problem with my 03 suburban that I just bought last week. Display reads fine, it sees open doors, driver memory, OD and trip OD work fine, just no response from the wheel buttons. Anyone have any ideas? Program issue perhaps? Please help!
