Since purchase of 2016 Chevy Suburban the digital dash board & instruments have been problematic. Dealer has replaced negative battery cable three times. The light's flutter on/off and cycle on/off back and forth. Same for radio console screen. Cannot change radio station and no control of volume. Cannot turn radio off.

Then, all of a sudden dash lights up and everything is working as it should.

Has anyone experienced this issue? THANKS in advance for any responses.
