Do California Car Dusters Freeze?
I got a question...
If I leave a California Car Duster in my vehicle where it will be subjected to below-freezing temperatures, will it damage the duster? I am thinking the paraffin wax might freeze, causing it to scratch the paint if I ever dust off the car on a cool day. Also wondering if the paraffin wax itself would be unfavorably affected by a chemcical change if it were to freeze.

Welcome to the forum.
Since the wax has obviously been diluted with some type of solvent and put on the strands of the brush, I doubt that cold temperature would affect it long-term. You probably wouldn't want to use it when it was cold however because the strands would be stiff.
