Default Does anyone know?

Does anyone know in which connector and in which pin does the xm run into the back of the nav radio? My problem is that I had the nav radio installed in my Tahoe non-bose and everything works except the XM. The radio recognizes it has XM, and the radio displays everything as usual, except that I have no sound from it. I have sound from the regular radio, and sound when i play DVDs, but no sound when I switch to the XM. Does anybody know what gives?

what year??

Check the connectors at the back of the radio....I have seen this happen once before, and one of the connectors were only partially seated.....could get the XM to work, but there was no audio

I have an 2007. I've checked the connections, but to no avail. It's strange, everything is there except the sound on the XM.
