Looking for some guidance on a 2002 tahoe door lock issue.

What I am having issue with is the passenger door lock will not work with remote or by the button on the doors itself.

It is only the one door the others are locking and unlocking as expected.
What I have done is replace the passenger door lock but that didn't change anything.
