I agree with AZSCTACO pull the fuse, but a little more specifics on why you are wanting to disabling them may help, some functions of the door locks can be changed in the DIC or driver information center...such as when the doors unlock when the key is removed and which doors...also the rear doors have the child locks that allow the doors to only be opened from the outside....

jody, welcome to the forum.

The rear doors also have an electrical lockout feature on the driver's armrest.

Default Tahoe door locks

Ya, you guys are right, you need more information. I am a Police officer with a K9. I drive a 2007 Chev tahoe as a patrol vehicle. I do not like the door locks locking automatically when either I place the vehicle in drive or when it reaches a certain speed. I would like to disable this function. I still want the door locks to work, just want to disable the automatic door lock system. No need to worry about rear doors, the door locks have been removed..

Thanks..Keith

Seems like that would be an option that could be disabled with a scan tool, seems like on a police version of the Tahoe that would have been an option to have disabled since it could delay your exit from the vehicle...
