Default Drained the battery, now the rear windows don't work

A friend came over and left her ignition on and drained her battery on her 2010 tahoe. She called AAA and they came out and they where unable to get the car started. My wife then put a charger on the battery and let it sit for 3 hours. When I got home the battery was fully charged. I noticed on top of the positive battery terminal there is a 175 fuse. Fuse tested BAD. I bypassed the fuse so she could drive home and then get a fuse from the dealer. When she arrived at home she said she was unable to roll up the rear windows. She hasn't had a chance to replace the 175 battery fuse. Will that solve the window problem?

What took out the mega fuse could have taken out other fuses... it could also be that the battery is just too weak...
Get the fuse replaced and that battery charged and tested....
