Default driver seat track

I have a 2009 Suburban LT with bucket seats. Driver seat only moves forward and back. Up and down feature does not work. I can hear motor working but no movement. I would like to replace track. Are there any factory numbers that I should know about before purchasing a replacement? I have the 6 way seat. I would like to get the right part.
Any input and direction on where to buy would be appreciated.

Default

most likely its a dealer option only if you want new. best bet get one from the boneyard...pick and pull for $50 for the entire seat assembly

The motor that runs the up and down motion is extended out and has jammed try turning back a 1/4 turn see if that works..
