I re-read the tsb I found.

Sorry, I was mistaken. Reprogramming isn't what is needed but rather it is concerning incorrect programming or use of the preset buttons.

If it does it at random then I suspect a wire shorting to ground. If does it when locking/unlocking, then some kind of computer problem.

This isn't about your seat being loose. It's the remote doing it. Mine is doing it right now as well, and I need to fix it. Did you change your battery recently? Mine won't remember my setting any longer. When I press the remote to unlock the doors, the seat moves to the far forward position. I have to move it back every time I use the remote to get into the car.
