My 99 Tahoe DRL are not on although the dash light indicates that they are. The fuse is ok, but I suspect the DRL relay may be bad. This relay isn't located in either the fuse compartment in the dash or under the hood. The headlights will not flash when lights are off...but I don't know if this is a related problem or not. Anyone know where this relay is located?
