I'm thinking about trying to run dual tips straight out the back of the Tahoe and I'm looking for a way to go through the rear valance by way of some type of cut out or notch. I've looked online to see if there are any templates or something that I could use to get this done. Anyone have any idea's or suggestions?

 

I think you'll be the pioneer. I have seen aftermarket pieces that trim out the opening and allow the tip to come thru. Not sure if they'd work on plastic tho.

 

I've been looking at pieces from the rear valance on a Lexus GS and I think they would work as well as an aftermarket Fog Light Bezel that I used on my Titan a few years ago. I just dont think the bezel will allow a two and half or three inch exhaust tip coming through?? Anyway, I let you guys know how this goes.
