Default dumb luck on my brand new tahoe

Drove my brand new 07 Tahoe out of the show room this morning and 7 miles later a construction vehicle threw up a rock and shattered my left rear tail assembly as I was stuck in traffic. 14 miles are on the odometer! Anyone know the cost of an 07 TAhoe tail light assembly? Ouch! The thing isn't even inspected yet. Oh well could be worse!

I happen to have the taillights off of mine. I replaced the originals with LEDs. Let me know if you're interested. I have both of them and they're in perfect condition.

At least you got your first "ding" out of the way. Seriously though once a new tail light assembly is installed it will be like it never happened.

Thanks for the offer and information. Ended up getting it replaced at the dealership.
