I have a 2015 Suburban LTZ with Mylink and DVD/Blueray player. Its seems randomly when I try to put in a DVD for the kids to watch the screen is grey and on the mylink screen it says video sharing not available at this time. My screen wont let me do anything else and the DVD wont play. I cant seem to get it to work again until I turn the car off and let it set for a few minutes then start the car again and it will most of the time start working again. I have tried to google to see if this is a known problem and I cant find any mention of this happening. Can anyone help me?
