I'm looking for any and all help replacing the lifters in my '12 Tahoe 5.3. I've done plenty of smaller vehicle maintenance, brakes, half-axles... Never engine work, unless you count a push-mower!

Step 4 - Clean Off Manifold Gaskets

It is important to clean off all of the residue left over from the gaskets on the manifold. Use a gasket scraper, a wire brush, and some solvent in order to clean this leftover residue
