Engine swap flex fuel 5.3 to non flex fuel 6.0

Engine swap flex fuel 5.3 to non flex fuel 6.0
Hello, new to this.. I was wondering if I would have problems of I switched a flex fuel engine to a non flex fuel engine? And second if a 6.0 will work?

6L is fitted to a different trans....it could be done but a lot more work and parts...it would fit as the Tahoe ss uses the 6L
I have never done this but I bet a non flex fuel 5.3 would probably drop right in and wouldn't need programming.... as long as you never use flex fuel. I believe most of the flex fuel changes are with the fuel delivery system ability to not corrode from ethanol.
