Default Ethanol at Pearson Fuel Depot

Pretty crazy prices on Ethanol. When I checked the Monday after Thanksgiving it was $3.29. I put gas (Ethanol) yesterday (12.28.06) and this time it was $3.46 a gallon. I hope these prices go down soon to get people to start switching over.

Holy crap. $3.29. Regular is $2.29 here. It's supposed to be cheaper not MORE. with the slightly lower efficiency it is not reasonable to pay more. Green friendly or not, that price won't cut it.

That was in San Diego. I should have put regular gas, but I wanted to try out the E85. $68 for right under 20 gallons.[:'(]

That translates to about a 38% premium you are paying for ethanol over gasoline. I all for lessening impact on the environment, but thats just too steep of a price difference.
