Question Exhaust tip help

I have a 2007 tahoe ltz 4wd that i bough 3 weeks. everything is stock. i want to increase the sound output and had trouble finding a decent exhaust tip, mainly because im not sure what to look for. will adding a chrome double/single, possibly intercooled amp the output, or will i have to buy a whole seperate exhaust system? will i have to take off a muffler? thank you for your time.

You can buy a SLP tip which eliminates the resonator. It has a dual chrome tip, looks really good. It only make the exhaust very slightly louder (almost unnoticeable)

Welcome to the forum.

+1 on MDTAHOE's recommendation. I've seriously considered it. You can buy my GM Performance stainless steel exhaust which I had on my 2007 (won't fit my 2010) and also the GM polished stainless steel tip. Check my ad in the classified section of the forum. https://chevroletforum.com/forum/old-private-sale-trade-classifieds-48/2007-tahoe-cai-catback-w-tip-console-flaps-32661/
