Default Factory 20" tire size

ok the front 24's are being shaved from a +25mm to a +31 offset and should be readyearlythis week.I will be lowering the truck this week also. Im trying to figure what tires I want and have this little question

On the factory 20" bridgestone theirsite says this is a 33 tall tire. My 17" tire is 31".
When I look at the 20's and check the height by standing agaisn't the tire, they do not seem to be two inches taller. I never have a damn tape with me to actually measure them.
My question:
Can someone with the factory bridgestone tires go and get a measurement please.
Thanks in advance

I'm reading 31.5 from the ground to the top of the tire.
