Fasteners for door lock actuator on 99 suburban

The rivets on the door lock actuator on my 99 suburban failed and the actuator is getting in the way of the window movement. What fasteners do I need to reattach it to the door panel? Thanks

Found a solution. 3/16 “ rivets with flat washers did the trick.
