Default Finally threw a code...P0300

2007 Tahoe LTZ. Anyone else throw this code? P0300...RANDOM / MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE DETECTED. Checked online and it is not common. Was told to rest code and if it comes back then take her in.

This Tahoe is a weekend truck and does not see driving until Friday night to Sunday night. Went to start her this evening and ran real bad. Water or condesation was coming out of exhaust and ran rough for a few minutes. Cleared up ufter driving for a few miles. Parked it and drove it again 30 minutes later, that's when the CEL(check engine light)came on.

Modson Tahoeare K&N Charger Thinga-ma-jigger and Magnaflow Muffler replacement.

Any help will do.

How often are you going through a tank of gas? Could be bad gas if it does not get much mileage.

How's your coolant level? Could it be leaking into the intake manifold or cylinders?

Dropped the Tahoe off to the Service Department this afternoon. We'll find out something on Monday.

Got the 07 back yesterday. Turned out to be bad fuel. $1400 later, gonna submit the bill to the Fuel station Flying J for reimbursement. The GM actually accepted responsiblity and told me how to go about reimbursement. Man, it is not fun making only 3 payments then forking over $1400. Wish me luck.

I had a feeling you had bad gas. Glad you got it fixed. So is GM or Flying J going to reimburse you?
