technically the aftermarket industries refers them to h16. these hid fogs are a direct plug and play to your stockfog light housing.yes they come with a ballast kit these kits are an actual hid kit comes with 2 hid bulbs 2 ballast i have them in 6k and 8k (white and blue) .due to these being custom made i only have a limited amount but do to overwhelming emails i already have more being made as of right now i have 8 kits left.cost is $250 shipped

What year Tahoe are these lights for?

 

07-08 tahoes does NOT take 880 or 9145 they take a bulb that nobody makes but chevy shown in the first picture.
