Fixing steering knock
I've got a 2003 Tahoe Z71 4x4 and I get some knocking in the steering wheel when I make turns. It's a subtle knock, not audible but tactile thru the steering wheel.
I remember within the first few months we had the truck (bought new), we felt this knock and took it back to the dealership and they said they just "lubed it". Which made the knock go away but, it eventually came back after a few weeks.
I never took it back to have them inspect it again. So, here I am, 160k miles later, and I would like to make this knock go away.
Any suggestions?

They have a redesigned I-shaft which isn't perfect but supposedly better. See TSB #00-02-35-003N at TSB_00-02-35-003N.pdf - Windows Live.
