I have a 1997 1500- C Chevy 2W, 5.7 L Light Truck. I have replaced the fuel injector regulator 5 times since January. My question is what could be causing it to fail this much? To my understanding, this piece is hit or miss and it was upgraded years after the 97 was release for sell. However, there has got to be something else that could be causing it to go out repeatedly. Do you have any suggestion as to what the problem may be?

 

I assume it's the diaphram. Is the return line not clogged?
