Has anyone installed a full length safari basket on the roof of their Suburban?

I have a family of 6 that camps a lot. I am not worried about exceeding the max vehicle weight because my camper is only about 2600lbs empty (3000-3600lbs if loaded with gear, water, gas, batteries, etc.).

BUT, we are a glamping family and everyone wants their chair and gear and stuff. I am looking for a full length safari basket to load things like camp chairs, axe, jack, fishing poles, and even possibly thinking that with full length basket, I could mount 6 bikes or a kayak or paddle board(s) over the top of the chairs and junk.

I have seen many many pictures of these large cargo racks in forums for full sized 4x4s, adventure camping sites, even when I google images of suburban safari racks. Problem is I can't find one for sale on the internet...can't even find the name of a manufacture.

Any help would be awesome.

Follow that link or google "suburban safari racks" and look at the images of all of the full length racks. I just can't find one for sale.

I see the ones the size you posted...they would be a little basket at the back end...which may not be a bad option. Just hoping to capitalize on the large roof space.

Seven feet long is "a little basket"?

They probably don't make them any longer as it would interfere with the sunroof.

I stand corrected. I looked at the picture and did not read the inches. I guess I need to listen to myself next time I tell my kids to read the question on their homework.

Dang, that is big and that is what I am looking for. I am not sure why I could never produce that result searching...been looking casually for months.
