I'm replacing my factory radio with the nav unit. I been wondering if I had the Bose system. I looked at all the threads about if you have Bose, and they all say the speaker fronts will have the Bose emblem on them. But the funny thing is I've been looking at Tahoe's for sale onAutotrader and Ebay and I've seen ones with the factory nav units installed, but the speakers don't have the Bose emblem on them. So my question is how are these units powered if they don't have the factory bose Amp. Look at some on Ebay and you will see what i mean. Most for sale, show pictures of the doors and none of the speakers have the bose emblem, but they are equipped with the factory nav. So how are they powered?

 

07 and 08 Tahoe's do not have Bose emblems on the door speaker grills, the tiny Bose emblems are located on the tweeter grills that are mounted on the a-pillars.

Rule of thumb is: if a Tahoe has front bucket seats then it has the Bose speaker/amplifier system.

 

I dont have the bose emblem, butI do have the front bucket seats. It's an LT2. So im confused I thought I didn't have the bose system, sinceI didn't have the emblems on the tweeters. How can I be sure about this ZX??? Help please......
