Default Gauges not work. Already swapped cluster.

Gauges are entirely dead. Swapped clusters already to one I saw working in prior truck. I am trying to locate the harness that connects to it. Cant effectively follow it but I believe it is a ground. Cant run a computer on it for codes. Everything but entire cluster works in truck. I know it's something to do w harness but I know nothing about which wire would be powering cluster. (No check engine light no fuel gauge or nothing.
I will say that recently if I use my left blinker or hazards the battery gauge will twitch everytime the bli ker clicks. Also after 3 seconds of seeing the blinker arrow it dims out and only shows when I turn vehicle off then on again.
anyone have a pic of what wire is what to test ground. Where is main ground for cluster gauge. Been two years and I never know how fast I'm going.
