General Motors is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Chevrolet Suburban, the longest continuously produced vehicle in the U.S.
The GM plant in Arlington, Texas, where the vehicles are made, showcased on Monday one of the first Suburbans -- a yellow vehicle from 1936 -- and the new 75th anniversary Diamond Edition. Only 2,750 of those will be made.

It's a beautiful Suburban too!......all the GMT900 SUV lines are by far the nicest looking big SUV's........

Interesting that GM is saying the Suburban will be around for a while and will meet the 2016 Federal MPG requirements.

Only thing is I wish they made an all black 75th Anniversary edition
