I purchased a DVD via Ebay and it looks everything of my factory manuals, also includes older and new model manuals. The date range of manuals available and on my DVD were 1980 to 2009

I have be searching by topic, but the search will also bring up bulletins and lots of other info... It allows you to put in your VIN to narrow searches...

a couple more captures... you can open the links in the window within a window.. which is nice so you can see two different procedures at the same time...
in this example its servicing the aux cooler then int eh other window I have clicked is the removal of the grill to access the cooler...

Its emulated in a windows XP environment and works fine with my Win 7 64bit

 

It also list supplemental publications such as your owner manual navigation and the like... its show the one I have for 2006-2007 Tahoe as updated September 2008 which is perfect for my 07... I'm guessing the 09 DVD may have slightly more current info....

 

are these 'factory' disks or are they just burned? ie can you make an ISO / torrent for us

As far as I can tell they are GM factory manuals... I haven't tried ripping an ISO of it thou it does have a registration number but for $29 bucks I'll leave the pegleg and eye patch at home...
