Hey folks,

Before I get to my question, I want to say thanks for all the information, tips, etc. that have been shared on the forum, as it helped me decide on what options to include on my 2011 Tahoe.

My question(s) is about the gm accessory seat covers. I would like to install them on all three rows(1st and 2nd leather buckets, 3rd row 3 pass), but the dealers are telling me that the covers may not fit the 2010 or 2011 seats, just 07-09. I don't have access to an 07, 08, or 09 , but in the pictures the seat shape looks to be the same as the 2011 on all three rows.

My seat codes are AN3, AL4, and AS3.

Has anyone installed these covers on thier 2010 or 11 tahoe, or know of a reason why they would not fit? Are the dealers just leary because the 2011 GM accessory catalog does not list the seat covers?

My 2010 seats seem the same as my old 2007, just a different color.

 

Thanks for the welcome and reply. I thought that to be the case, but I've only been able to see pictures of the interiors. When I get some time, I'll run to another chevy dealer and see if they have any used 07-09 tahoes on the lot with similar interior packages to compare to.

 

Cant see why they wont fit.only thing i see being a problem if you seats have side air bags maybe there covers dont have a cut out for the airbag

 

I think that you are right. From what I can tell looking at a few 2007's, the seats are the same, except for the air bags . I guess they were added for the 2010 model year. The seat covers would need to be modified to work with the airbags.
