Head gasket or condensation in oil?
This is the inside of my oil tube.. the oil cap looks the same but kind of dried.. recently I checked my dipstick and saw bubbles and little bit of white stuff at the tip.. I haven’t had any engineer overheating, nor leaks, or loss of coolant! But I’m just curious on what is going on? I have a 2006 chevy tahoe 5.3 with 308k miles.. I recent had a code p0128 pop up! I do notice that the engine temp gauge in the car reads between 160 and 210!
Welcome to the forum. If your coolant level is remaining constant then it's not unusual for a small amount of condensation to occur inside the engine. My experience with coolant getting into the oil is usually manifested by a gray, jelly-like substance on the bottom of the fill cap.
