Head lights ? What head lights ? What happened to my head lights ....
Well here's the story .....
I have a 97 Yukon 4dr 4x4 and the other day I went to turn the head lights on and there were none ... I checked the fuses and everything seemed to be fine ... I replaced the headlight sw with no change ...... No power @ head lights but the DRL's work fine .... Wondering if anyone has encountered this before ... I did talk to a local guy up here and he is having the same problem with his Sub but still hasn't found any answers ... Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

on my '95 the switch was also where the power wires all met...
Does this have a relay under the hood for the headlamps?
pull a working relay of the same design and test.
check for power at the switch. maybe the switch failed. You can jumper it to figure it out

Welcome to the forum,
might try checking the hi/lo beam switch also...if its open it could be keeping power from the lamps.. if you remove the bottom of the steering wheel shroud you should be able to access the connections....
