Default Heater input hose?

Does anyone know on a 2007 Yukon/Tahoe which one of the two heater hoses at the firewall is the "inlet" one to the heater? Both go to the water pump. One has no connections and goes directly to the pump and the other has a large "T" connector at the water pump.
Thanks

Answered it my self, it is the one with no connector that goes straight to the water pump. Easy way to tell is to start the truck, turn the heater on and then feel for the hottest hose under the hood, that is the inlet heater hose.

Yes, I have decided to keep our 2007 Yukon a while longer since it only has 49K on it and I can't get a new one equipped the way that this one is! We tow a small travel trailer and I have 3.73 gears in this 4x4 and the lowest gear ratio today is 3.42. I just changed every fluid in the truck and replaced the trans oil pan with one with a drain plug and removed the rear diff cover, cleaned & drained it & drained and refilled the transfer case and front diff also along with the steering fluid. I am doing the coolant next week when the new radiator hoses and thermostat arrive. I want to keep the truck in perfect condition as we only use it to travel in and not around town so 95% of the miles are all highway miles. Many times we are in the middle of nowhere and sure don't need a problem!

It is steel made by Dorman and I got it on eBay for $41.89 with free shipping Dorman OE Solutions 265 811 Automatic Transmission Oil Pan | eBay

Here is the link to the Dorman site http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-17625-265-811.aspx

Fit perfect and is the deep pan, had to loosen the rear trans mount and jack up the trans just a little to get it in. The shift linkage bracket is a bear with the torx bolts installed from the top so I like many others chose to just bend it out a little, removed the original pan and installed the new pan and bent it back.

You also want to use the GM gasket and new filter when doing it, also purchased on eBay Automatic Transmission Filter Kit with Gasket Trans Service Tune Up Auto Trans | eBay

As with a lot of other stuff on these Yukons & Tahoes GM decided in their wisdom to not supply any means to drain the coolant other than removing the lower radiator hose and making a big mess so I spen about an hour and a half machining a "drain kit" out of a solid piece of 2" aluminum rod. It will go in the new lower radiator hose to facilitate draining in the future. Jegs sells these also JEGS Performance Products 51155 JEGS Inline Radiator Hose Drain
