can i put 18 inch rim with same bolt pattern off of a 2011 suburban with a 25-40 mm offset on my 2001 tahoe that the current rims have a 10-30mm offset ? what will this affect ?

 

Welcome to the forum.

First I don't understand how you can have a range of offset. The NBS wheels have a +31mm offset which means for the same width wheel w/ less positive offset, they'll be closer to the frame which could spell trouble or not.
