I see a red wire already in the F position. Was this one of the 2 red wires in you list?
Here's what the schematic shows for that connector.
A-Green, B-Red(VSES fuse), C-Black, D-Blue, E-Black, F-Red(ABS fuse)
I'd check those fuses to make sure they're OK.

Thanks, and yes the red wire was already in that place. Just wasnt sure it was correct with other five wires hanging

 

Hooked up wires and cleared warning lights. No lights came back on test drive, however still feels like brakes are sticking or traction control is engaging. Thanks for proper wire locations.
