Welcome to the forum.

Try a Chevy parts dept. They should be able to look it up.

Friendly Chevrolet parts department here in Dallas says the part number for the gasket is 15713884. Discontinued of course. HAve not found an aftermarket source as yet.

Default vortec 5.7 air duct to throttle body seal work around

Rock Auto does not list anything for this application. What I did was go to my hydraulic seal dealer and pick up three Nitrile 3-5/8 OD by 1/8 x 1/8 square seal rings. I super glued them together one atop the other on the throttle body, then RTV'd inside and out of the joint and put it together. I removed the resonator from the adapter to make it easier to place the air duct over the intake. It took quite a bit of force to get the plastic duct over the 3 orings but it went on. What do you know absolutely no leaks. Now to see if it sets new lean condition codes after I delete the old ones. I used H&D Distributing here in Dallas. Their part number for these is 391-2884-019.
My one concern at this point is will I ever be able to get it back apart.
