Default Help Me Choose Shocks-Tahoe Limited

Hi, I purchased a 2000 tahoe limited. It needs some shocks. It has the bilsteins currently. (heck, may still be the factory shocks) I would like some shocks with a comfortable, smooth ride. I will not be doing any towing with this SUV so I don't need heavy duty. Any suggestions? Thanks.

For a combination of quality and good price, I would go with Monroe.
I have had Monroes on my Silverado for 100,000 miles and they are still good.

Ok, so you "think" that you'll never need something stiffer, but it's nice to have that available, and "when" you need it, just in case. Take a look at the CE's, and don't be fooled by the "drag" term.

Ref: Competition Engineering Adjustable Drag Shocks - Adjustable - SummitRacing.com
(frequently this type us used just on the rear axel)

PS:
The above link is ONLY to acquaint you with this type technology. There are several manufacturers of this type equipment, and should you consider this approach, you should do a thorough search to find a product which suits your application and pocket book.
