Hey y’all,
does anyone know where I can find directions on how to swap second row captains chairs out for a 60/40 bench in a 2022 Tahoe? If not, can you provide instructions if you are aware. Also, how can I remove the bolts in the photo below?

 

Your photos aren't great/clear. Those look like Torx head screws.

 

Yeah - as pointed out, those bolts will require a proper sized Torx bit for a ratchet or breaker bar. It's been some time since I messed with the seats in one of my trucks, but I recall needing to buy a set of large Torx socket bits to do it. Probably T55 or T60.

As far as swapping from captain's chairs to a split bench, you will need to hope that the mounts line up with the tapped holes in your floor. Otherwise you will be cutting carpet and making new holes...

 

If the mounts don't line up, you'll likely be 100% doing this by yourself, because most shops would touch such modification due to legal liability.
