Default Help with upgrade from 17in to 18in wheels

I would like to upgrade to a new set of wheels on my 2004 Suburban. Currently have 265 70 R17 tires. I have found 18in wheels and tires that I would like to replace the originals with. The new wheels and tires are 265 65 r18. What are the potential problems that I will experience with that upgrade? Help appreciated! Thank you.

Just do it. I went from 17s to OEM 20s on my 05 Tahoe Z71 with no ill effects at all. Difference in aspect ratio should keep the outer diameter close to the same.
