I finally found a home

Well, I've owned my 98 Tahoe for about 1 year now.
I'm interested in visuals and performance.
I've mostly dont everything to the car,
all that is left is something that I don't know what its called.

I'd like to paint the piece with the red mark on it white, because I've seen it around but I've never found a piece so I'm guessing it needs to be done by me or someone, not bought.

That is called the Rear Window Finishing Panel. Some refer to them as the Rear Gate Caps.
Not sure off the top of my head how to get it off, but thats what its called.
