Default HID Light not coming on

Installed McCulloch HID's a few months back in my fogs and headlights. The driver side headlight has always been finicky... have to turn the lights on twice somtimes to get it to fire. This morning it would not fire up... flicker but not come on. Then i got it to come on, but it shuts off after a few seconds. Any ideas? They're wired through a relay.
