Default HID Problem

So I got them installed and they were working perfectly...then I hit the high beams a few times and the passenger side went out and wont come back on.... has anyone had this problem? Ive tried turning them off/on, but the one still wont come back on. Anyone know what gives? I also read where HIDs arent suppose to be used with automatic headlamps, is this true? Do you guys have yours disabled?
