The one end closest to the bulb with spade ends plugs right into the factory bulb plug...i was out there past midnight and i got it working......one thing I am not sure about....is my factory headlight housing ok with the heat this thing gives off??
Oh filthy....it is I haven't driven that thing for the past 5 years I am keeping it for my son....I bought that thing back in 1982 payed around 12,000cdn had it appraied for 20,000cdn last year.

I have not heard any melting problems reported with HIDs in the headlights on a 07-09 Tahoe. I think it will be fine.
Fog lights however, I have heard about melting.

 HIDS Installation?-hid-lights-005.jpg WOW!!! what a differance.....I just did the low beams...I even took it out down one of the highways and man I am so happy! I had to adjust a bit and they worked out great nobody had to flash me (yet)....Over all very easy install...thanks to EVENBLUE..giving me some advise...Oh one last thing dumb question how do I get a thread started? I have tryed the search and it says how but can't find the new thread button? I am new to this whole computer and posting thing>>

Hey there..........well today when i went to use the tahoe only one hid light came on....so not till i shut it off and turned it back on..it started working any ideas??? IS that because my auto headlights???

try swapping the ballast with the one on the other side and if it does the same thing but on the other side the ballast is flaky/bad

also make sure your grounds are good

Go to the Tahoe/Suburban section and at the upper left corner is a "button" that says "New Thread".
