Unhappy Hot/cold air drivers side.

Hello everybody and thanks for a great forum.

I have a problem where it feels like I´ve tried Everything there is too try.

If I set my temp on the drivers side on max. it blows min. temp, and if I set it on min. it blows max. There is nothing in between. It´s either max. or min. On the passenger side it works fine.
I´ve replaced the actuator under the dash on the passenger side. =No good.
I´ve replaced the hole climate Control unit. =No good.
The car has been at two different dealers where they have tried calibrating/updating/faultsearching. =No good.
I´ve tried disconnecting the battery multiple times with different procedures when reconnecting and starting the car. =No good.

Please!! Does anyone have experience or knows ANYTHING about this problem??

What can I do that has not already been done? I´m desperate. I´m thinking of getting a new car, even if I don´t want to. I love the Suburban but this is driving me crazy!

Thank You all! Any help is greatly appreciated.
