I recently bought a 2015 Tahoe with the expectation I could easily remove the 3rd row. I need the trunk space for my dogs and cargo. To my surprise they changed this feature on the 2015 models-of course! Has anyone had luck removing it? If so, please share your wisdom. I'm desperate to remove it even if it looks funky underneath-I bought a large thick all weather mat. Thank you!

Three options: trade for a Suburban, trade for a GMT900, or check out a vehicle before buying if you need extra cargo space.

 

I like to think I was a little more clever when trolling, but I'd have also gotten the suburban.
